Since the beginning of my professional career in 2006 I’ve acquired a great deal of work experience from the field. In my early career I was working with dozens of projects involving Web sites, leaflets, videos, animations, illustrations and many more medias. Thanks to this stage I got a comprehensive understanding on the technical and creative possibilities of multimedia project work. The latest years of my career I’ve been focusing on project management involving training & monitoring the technical team.
Currently I’m looking for new Project and/or Client Manager positions from companies with pre-established production teams and customer base.

1. Early career
My professional career started on the autumn of 2006 when I began my Media Engineering studies in EVTEK University of Applied Sciences.
Right from the beginning I started to actively participate in various recruitment events & network with other students to gather work experience. First of my jobs were interships and summer jobs for various small companies producing IT & media services. At the end of this period on late spring 2010 I founded my own business MB Media-design to answer to the growing demand for media production services from various companies.
This stage of my work history was useful in developing my media production skills as I got highly acquinted with Adobe programs, Web programming and services.
2. Developer stage
After I had got acquainted with most media technologies, my career took a new turn on 2011 when I was recruited by Maping Co to work with Fastbind franchise marketing production team.
At the time Fastbind was a semi large international brand with a range of marketing channels and dealers, and I got a chance to play a large role in refining their Web and Social media presence. Under their service I also produced a great deal of printed materials, developed systems and trainer junior colleagues to their positions. The skills I acquired from Maping Co were of great use in my next job in Web service company Siteseq. In Siteseq I started as a Web designer and produced over a hundred Web site and other projects (inc. f.e. videos, leaflets, logo designs, etc.) for a vast collection of clients from virtuall all fields of business. Along with the primary task I helped the company to recruit and train new employees, developing service production & sales processes and business strategies.
Because most of my initiatives were a success and my role in the company had expanded considerably from the responsibilities of a Web developer, I was promoted on September 2015 to the position of a Project Director to manage the company’s production team and nearly all clients & projects.
3. Management stage
The most recent years of my career (after Sep 2015) I’ve spent working tightly with clients and managing a team of media services personnel.
In my first management position in Siteseq I trained & managed the team consisting of 11 people using a tailored Agile model project management. As the common Web site sales began to drop I developed a unique product pricing system that helped the company expand their services to tailored Web systems and eCommerce platforms. I had considerable successes in the position and I played a key role in maintaining the company until 2017 when the company was sold to a new owner and the existing team was dismissed. After Siteseq I had a short temporary period of Key Client position in Ihmeneloset Oy between May 2017 – November 2017, after which I returned to entrepreneurship through my personal business.
After working as a manager successfully, I now wish to continue my career in this path towards new & interesting challenges.
