Combining media production & management skills for best resultsIntroduction to my skills & expertise
One of the key goals of my education was to train people in becoming generalists, which describes well my current knowledge. As a generalist I’ve acquired a plenty of experience from multiple areas of work without immersing to any one of them too much. When managing IT and media services generalisation works particularily well because it offers sufficient knowledge of the vast collection of related technologies without becoming too attached to any one of them.
To explain my areas of expertise in more detail, I’ve separated my skills to two categories:

I’ve spent a great deal of time investigating the business opportunities and pricing of various IT services. Since I’ve been working countless of hours dealing with clients, I’ve become talented communicator with all sorts of clients who’re interested in implementing digitalisation to their products, services or processes.

I’ve been working with multimedia projects including Web sites, printed media, videos, animations, illustrations, etc. since my the beginning of my career. These skills have been of considerable help in my more recent positions as a manager of media service production team.
